Due to a change in Payoneer’s policies, we decided to work with Payoneer to complete a review of all transactions. Customers who send money via Payoneer will receive support from Payoneer to check and verify transactions, so we need customers to note the following:
1. Payoneer transactions only record balances during business hours, transactions outside business hours will be recorded later. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (China time – GMT +08)
2. Payoneer transactions require a photo of the successful transaction and the sender’s email. Pending transactions are not recorded by us
